The Wingrip fastening system is a patented, new, simple and economical method of attachment.
Used as a sales aid it is a combination of a
die-cut tag with side wings and an elastic band (rubber or fabric covered elastic). Different size bands are used depending on the diameter of the shaft.
The band is looped in such a way that the tension created grips the tag wings and the product ensuring the tag stays in a fixed position.
The Wingrip was designed specifically for fixing to cylindrical, oval, hexagonal and similar shaped shafts.
It's purpose is to overcome the problems with swing tickets which don't stay in a fixed position and very rarely face the customer, this looks confusing and untidy. The Wingrip will provide a much neater alternative and can be printed with product information, price or act as a carrier for a barcode label.
